About

I asked Claude what everyone should know about it, and it came up with this based on my resume and case studies. Sounds good to me.

I’m a senior UX researcher and strategist who helps teams make complex products easier to understand and use. My work spans mixed-methods research, information architecture, content strategy, taxonomy, and interaction design—especially in large, data-rich environments where people need to find the right information or make confident decisions.

I connect what people say and do to practical product decisions. Across projects for organizations including Freddie Mac, Comcast, and EAB, I’ve led cross-functional teams, uncovered how people navigate complex information, and translated those insights into research-backed experiences. My work has included shaping search and discovery for a catalog of approximately 500,000 assets and helping teams turn research into clearer structures, useful content, and more effective workflows.

What sets me apart is my ability to move between the details and the bigger picture: from a participant’s words to a taxonomy, interface, or strategy a team can act on. I bring curiosity, clear communication, and a collaborative approach to ambiguous problems—and I’m at my best when I can help a team understand not only what users need, but why it matters and what to do next.
